Choice for prospective buyers has further diminished with properties for sale down 10% since August 2004.and at the lowest level since October 2004. The balance of the market is continuing to swing in favour of sellers. Optimism over both prices and sales slipped back in April. Scotland and London are the strongest housing markets in the country.
