Reports that the average salary for professionals in the property sector is 34 394 AED including housing and transport allowances, but excluding bonuses and other benefits. Those with MRICS or FRICS status averaged 47 373 AED as compared to 33 067 AED for non-members. RICS members averaged a salary 43% higher than non-members. The highest paying areas of prime professional activity were found to be CEO, Development Manager and Finances. Bahrain was the highest paying territory, with Dubai also beating the average salary for the region.
