This was the highest six-monthly rise since 2005. In H2 2008, the largest increase in available floorspace was in the West Midlands, where supply rose by 19%. Availability also rose in the North by 7.5%, in Scotland by 6.6%, and in Greater London by 5.8%. East Anglia and the South West were the only areas to see a drop in availability.
