Surveys total office occupancy costs across 116 business districts in 47 countries and territories across the globe, ranking each location by annual costs per workstation. Global average occupancy costs per workstation declined by 4% last year. London's West End entered 2010 as the most expensive office location in our world ranking, followed by Tokyo, Washington D.C., Hong Kong and Geneva. Overall, global average costs are projected to show moderate annual growth of 1.7% to 2013 with London's West End remaining the most expensive location, with Hong Kong, Tokyo, Washington D.C. and Paris (CBD) rounding out the projected top five in 2013.
