Online resources: Summary: Commercial development continued to rise in November but the rate of growth eased to three-month low. Latest survey data from Savills signalled an increase in UK commercial development for the fourth month running in November. However, the pace of expansion eased from October's twenty-seven month high to the slowest since August. The Total Commercial Development Activity Index fell from +14.3% to +9.2%. Growth was largely confined to the private sector, as work on public sector projects declined slightly.
