This comes on top of a 60% reduction in construction and refurbishment spending in schools. RICS believes that plans for a Green Infrastructure Bank cannot succeed with only £1bn budget allocated. The new London and Bristol property vehicles are welcome. Next year's Budget must provide opportunities to support innovation and growth by making fiscal adjustments that will have a big payback.
