S&P Parks outperformed their peers, but underperformed the IPD UK Annual Index and IPD UK Offices. The main driver of performance was yield compression. For the first time since 2006, there was positive net investment in S&P Parks in 2010 caused by increased purchase expenditure and dwindling disposals.
