This will allow anyone who has a valid complaint concerning a member agent to potentially receive financial compensation. The NAEA's current disciplinary system deals with the cause of any complaints by heavily fining or expelling members and under the new system they will now also be able to deal with the effect of the complaint by potentially compensating the complainant.
