Illustrating this, measures capturing both occupier and investor demand remained largely stable. That said, the current feedback is at least a little more encouraging than was the case throughout much of 2023. Similar to last quarter, 34% of respondents are of the opinion that the market is at the bottom of the current cycle, while 41% sense conditions are consistent with the early stages of recovery (minimally changed compared to respective shares of 35% and 38% in the previous iteration of the survey).
