"J W Childers Trustees v Anker" CA 29 June 1995. Concerned the treatment of two parcels of land let under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1948 as amended. The tenancies started at different dates but the agreement at rent review expressed one rent for both holdings. CA allowed the tenant`s claim that there was one holding but held that marriage value was a relevant factor for the arbitrator`s consideration.
