A review of the state of the leisure property market with articles on trends in the development of golf courses, marinas, hotels, football stadia and fast food outlets. The effects on pubs of the Mergers and Monopolies Commission`s brewing industry report are summarised and three themes relevant to the whole sector are discussed: leisure`s contribution to urban regeneration, the trend to out-of-town retail sites and the difficulties of valuation.
