On 9 November 1995 the son made a will and 14 November, he died. The plaintiffs (E) claimed they were entitled to a quarter share of the farm each, but H claimed that the son and subsequently her had been in possession of the farm since the death of Mrs H in 1983. The judge dismissed H's claim so she appealed. Appeal dismissed.
