Considers "Skanska Construction UK Ltd v ERDC Group Ltd and another" (CSOH 2002) which raises the question over the right to adjudicate for a second time in the same dispute. The first adjudication involved a dispute over the interim account whereas the second adjudication was concerned with the final account for loss and expense when, according to the judge, 'different considerations and perspectives may apply'. Main contractor Skanska Construction UK Ltd failed to obtain an order to suspend the adjudication. Judgment available at: www.scotscourts.gov.uk.
