Rickmansworth Water Co v JW Ward and Son Ltd ChD 29 June 1990. The plaintiffs, who had compensated the defendants for the water main laid on their land, claimed that a building erected and let by the defendants on their land but over the water main, should be removed. Claim was upheld.
