"Director of Buildings and Lands v Shun Fung Ironworks Ltd" Privy Council 20 February 1995. Concerned the basis of compensation for the seizure of land in Hong Kong by the Crown. The LT`s assesment based on the value of the business on the land at the time the land was taken was held to be correct. The CA`s decision to base compensation on the cost of relocating the business was overturned.
