British Land buys Stanhope

British Land buys Stanhope - 1995 - Financial Times 3 March 1995, 20 & 18(1) .

British Land has issued a £210.7m share placing to finance the acquisition of Stanhope, which owns half of Broadgate Properties. There is speculation that BL might buy the whole of Broadgate Properties.
