Rowe, S.

Beyond bricks and mortar : bringing regeneration into stock transfer - Coventry Chartered Institute of Housing 2002 - 64p. 31cm.

Housing stock transfer is seen by government as having a key role to play in achieving the regeneration of deprived neighbourhoods. This study examines the experience of three Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) that are playing a central role in the regeneration of neighbourhoods: Partington Housing Association (part of the Harvest Group) in Trafford, Poplar HARCA in Tower Hamlets and Optima Community Association in Birmingham.
