"R v Epping Forest DC, ex parte Berkeley Leisure Group Ltd" CA 14 February 1995. An appeal against the refusal of a site licence for caravans was dismissed. The site licence was required for an area, which had no planning permission for such a use and was not found to be part of the existing caravan site under Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 ss1(4) and 13.
