Buyers and sellers perspectives of home information packs in low demand low value housing markets - London ODPM 2003

Uses the low value housing markets in Bradford and Burnley as case studies to examine the likely impact of home information packs (HIPs) on the low value market as a whole. The report concludes that the pack could be used to overcome distrust between buyers and sellers, creating a better functioning market.
