The Brooke Review Committee was set up to recommend improvements in communications between RICS and its members, to encourage greater involvement in RICS affairs and to make the procedures for considering members' opinions and complaints more effective. This second stage consultation document sets out initial findings and proposals, seeking members' views on the following issues: how RICS is organised; membership communication and services; governance and finance; and value for money. Responses are required by 10 May 2004.
