Section two examines how Approved Document L "Conservation of fuel and power" is likely to evolve up to 2010. Section three briefly considers other areas likely to change including Approved Documents A, C and P. Section four focuses on the Building Regulations in relation to historic buildings. Appendices include technical changes to Approved Document M and a Building Control Access Statement. Bibliography.
