These include ss114-120, 125, 127 and 128 (collective enfranchisement by tenants of flats), 129-136 (acquisition of new leases for tenants of flats), 137-147 (enfranchisement and lease extension by tenants of houses), 160-161 (applications for a Leasehold Valuation Tribunal for appointment of a manager to a block of flats) and 162 (grounds for applying to vary a lease).
