White paper on company law reform which builds closely in the work of the Company Law Review and of the subsequent White Paper of 2002. The list of the key legislative changes includes, promoting the wider participation of shareholders and decision making which is based on a longer term view and not just immediate return. Also there will be changes to make it easier to set up and run a company. The government welcomes views on any aspect of the proposals by 10 June 2005.
