Members are being encouraged read and consider a response by RICS, BPF and IPF to Treasury discussion document on a UK REIT to assess whether they have correctly captured the major issues of concern to the property industry. The Treasury is assessing whether government policy would lead to a viable REITs market and would like as much feedback as possible to be channelled through RICS, BPF or IPF.
