Equal Opportunities Commision has completed a two-year investigation, "Free to choose - tackling gender barriers to better jobs" which examined why men and women continue to work in traditional jobs and why young people choose apprenticeships in traditional sectors. The study found that young people entering training are not given the opportunities and choice that they need. Not found when searched for online 12/9/2011.
