2004 London housing capacity study [electronic resource]
- London Greater London Authority 2005
The 2004 London housing capacity study is in response to the rapid population and employment growth which is generating a significant increase in households. London is already facing a shortage of housing to meet the current demand from existing households. The study provides a comprehensive technical analysis of London's potential for future housing growth over the period 2004 to 2027 and replaces the 1999 housing capacity study, published in September 2000.
