The Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) (England) Order 2005

The Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) (England) Order 2005 - London TSO 2005 - SI 2005:2087 .

Amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 in consequence of provisions in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Inserts into the 1995 Order, where appropriate, references to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 s76A (major infrastructure projects) and prescribes the content and form of the economic impact report required by that section. Extends the consultation period which must elapse before an application can be determined from 14 to 21 days and prescribes 21 days, for the purposes of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Sched 1 para 7(7)(c) as the period which must elapse before an application can be determined. Inserts new articles 11A and 11B into the 1995 Order prescribing certain requirements in respect of consultation
