Shows farmland prices continuing to fall as the housing market slows, but an upturn in available land as the deadline for the Single Farm Payment passed in May. Prices slipped back 3% from their peak at the end of 2004 but are still up by 10% over the year to the second quarter, compared to a 16% rise in the first quarter. Bare land prices continue to rise, seeing an increase of 14% over the past year. Warns that damned is beginning to level out, although it remains firm.
