" R v Southwark LBC, ex parte Daniel Davies & Co" QBD 3 December 1993. Objectors to development proposals claimed they had had little warning of the meeting with the planning subcommittee and of planning officers` recommendation; also that the subcommittee had not produced earlier a draft section 106 agreement, which was decided on at the meeting. Held that the subcommittee had not acted illegally, unfairly or with indecent haste.
