May be used for where subcontract works and/or main contract works are to be carried out in sections and for subcontract works that are to be carried out on the basis of an adjusted subcontract sum (adjustment for variations etc) or by complete remeasurement. If no subcontractors design is involved the JCT Standard Building Sub-Contract (2005 Edition) and Standard Building Sub-Contract with Sub-Contractor's Design Conditions should be used.
