Reports on commercial property market conditions around the world for the first six months of 2005. The survey shows that there has been only limited growth in Western Europe but that demand remains strong in rapidly developing economies, including China and India. Capital values have increased strongly in most developed economies outside Western Europe. There has been strong investment interest in North America and Japan whilst there are bullish investment expectations over the next six months.
