The Home Information Pack Regulations 2006 (Draft)

The draft regulations deal with the meaning of home information packs (HIPs), the contents of the packs, the forms for providing HIP information, the assembly and authenticity of HIPs, the exceptions to the duty to have a HIP and the enforcement of HIP duties. The draft regulations should be considered alongside the "Home Information Pack Regulations 2006: procedural guidance". The regulations are being published in draft to provide an opportunity for comments on the drafting, accuracy and practical applications of the provisions. Responses are required by 30 December 2005.
