Sets out government recommendations to revise and update the 1989 model standards for permanent residential mobile home sites. The model standards are good practice standards relating to such things as layout and provision of facilities, services and equipment for park home sites. Local authorities take them into account when considering what (if any) conditions should be attached to site licences. The updated model standards presented incorporate the recommendations of the Park Homes Working Party. Guidance notes which would accompany the standards are also included. Covers England and Wales. Responses are required by 13 April 2006.
