This Order brought into force on 1 January 2006 the following provisions of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005: Part VIII including Scheds 2 and 3 and Part VIII of Sched 5. The provisions all relate to the creation of a new Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment and the dissolution of the old Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment.
