Part 1 deals with who insures, with whom insurance should be effected, in whose name insurance is to be effected and against what risks the property should be insured. Part 2 looks at for what sum the property should be insured, the fact that a higher premium would be charged because of the nature of the tenant`s activities, reinstating the premises, and where reinstatement does not take place, whether either party should have the right to terminate the lease and what is to become of the insurance moneys, and finally, suspension of rent.
