QBD 20 October 1992. Dwelling-house extension - built in excess of planning permission - significant differences not de minimus - consideration of Pehrsson and Top Deck Holdings - imposition of condition - should inspector have considered this where no such condition had been canvassed - PPG2 para 16 created an exception to the general rule laid down in Top Deck, but in this case the Inspector had not obligation to consider the imposition of a condition.
