UK annual house price inflation in April 2006 was 5.1%, up from 3.3% in March 2006. Annual house price inflation in London was 7.1% in April 2006, up from 4.0% in March 2006. The UK annual price inflation rate for the three months to April 2006 was 3.9% and 4.2% in London.
