Environmental impact assessment a guide to good practice: a consultation - London DCLG 2006

Consults on the revised guidance to good practice and procedures relating to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), updating and consolidating earlier ODPM and DETR guidance. Provides advice on the statutory procedures that must be followed for any EIA application (including the decision whether the EIA Regulations apply), reflects good practice guidance on the implementation of the process and suggests additional information. The guide is structured around the seven key stages of EIA. Responses are required by 22 September 2006.
