Consults on the proposed amendment to the Town and Country Planning (Regional Planning) (England) Regulations 2004 reg 4 in respect of the voting systems used by Regional Planning Bodies (RPBs). The proposed change is intended to make clear that RPBs have flexibility in determining their own voting structures providing that all members may vote and that the non-local authority proportion of an RPB is represented in any vote. Comments are required by 29 September 2006.
