A consultation on guidance which sets out in broad terms the ways in which Natural England will participate in regional planning activities and the organisations with which it will work. Natural England is a body formed by combining parts of the Countryside Agency, English Nature and Defra's Rural Development Service. It will operate across the rural and urban agendas, and will help to form a range of regional policies and programmes. The deadline for responses to the consultation is 6 December 2006.
