The all property average prime rent rose 1% in the thris quarter of 2006. All property rental growth stands at 3.9%. Retail rental growth continued to ease, with high street shops recording quarterly growth of only 0.3%. In the office sector, prime rents rose 2% over the quarter and rental growth in the industrial sector picked up slightly to 1.5% in the third quarter.
