Growth of UK commercial development activity was the least marked for eight months in August -- Tables and graphs
The report contains the latest data from the Savills PMI survey of business conditions in the commercial property sector. The survey is based on monthly questionnaires completed by executives across the commercial property. One in four of the survey panel reported a rise in private sector development activity in August 2006, compared to less than one in twelve that signalled a decline. Commercial development growth activity was the least marked for eight months and the best performing categories were refurbishment activity and private sector office development.
