Looks at the implementation of the Automated Registration of Title to Land (ARTL), which is intended to simplify the procedure relating to some types of property transaction, where the title is already registered in the Land Register of Scotland. Proposes how ARTL will (or will not) work in conjunction with the Register of Community interests in Land (RCIL). Focuses on the Community Right to Buy (CRTB) and Agricultural Tenant's Right to Buy (ATRTB).
