Reports an upswing in office rents, rising 1.7% over Q4 and 4.8% in 2006, a moderation in investor levels across the retail and industrial sectors, High Street shops rising 1.2% in Q4 giving an annual rate of 3.2%,and rental growth in the industrial sector easing to 0.4% in Q4.
