Discusses the results of the 2007 Chartered Management Institute?s Business Continuity Survey. Reports that over half of the managers surveyed work in organizations where there is no specific business continuity plan in place, yet that there are signs that businesses have improved aspects of their planning. Reports that half of organizations carried out regular and thorough rehearsals and that corporate governance was identified as a key driver by 80 per cent of managers working in listed companies.
