Reveals growth in workloads during the first quarter 2007 continued to accelerate, with strongest activity in private commercial and private housing, and healthy expansion in private industrial and infrastructure. Once again, Wales saw the fastest increase in workloads, although London and southeast England came ahead of Scotland for the first time since the fourth quarter 2004. Surveyors reported confidence in workload expectations for the next 12 months, although confidence in the profit outlook remained below the survey's average.
