Reports that: Central London offices continued to lead office performance with rental growth of 1.9% over the month; All Property capital appreciation slowed to 1.3% in the first quarter of the year; and rental and capital growth of 0.5% and 0.6% respectively pushed the total return for All Property to 1.0% in March and 2.6% in Q1.
