Responses to be received by 26 June 2007. Seeks views on best practice guidance relating to delivery of property searches to LAs and personal searchers. Sets out how the government intends to implement recommendations made in an OFT Market Study in September 2005 that LAs make unrefined information available to all, including third party searchers. This will affect the searches included in HIPs. Includes guidance for consultation purposes on timescales and pricing.
