Provides questions and answers on the Clinton Foundation Energy Efficiency Building Retrofit Program. The program will enable cities and private building owners to do audits and retrofits of their buildings to incorporate energy efficient products and technologies at no net cost. Fifteen international cities, including London, will be the first C40 partner cities to participate in the program, and finance for the first generation of retrofit projects has been agreed by five global financial institutions.
