Provides a model Assured Shorthold Tenancy which will enable RICS members to meet the requirements of modern relationships between landlords and tenants. The agreement is divided into three parts: the Tenancy Deposit Protection Prescribed Information; the Tenancy Agreement, containing basic terms, individually negotiated terms and standard terms; and a provision to add five schedules covering the property, the contents and their condition, the schedule of condition of the property, the landlord's insurance and an extract of superior lease.
